Quick tip: When your bananas start to brown, peel them, slice them and then freeze. You can then use them in smoothies or even make your own ice cream by blending the banana with a splash of your milk beverage of choice.
1 cup So Delicious Coconut Milk Beverage (or try it with your milk beverage of choice)
1/2 cup organic Farmer’s Market canned pumpkin
1/2 tablespoon organic cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon organic ginger
1/2 teaspoon organic nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon organic allspice
1 frozen organic banana (sliced)
1 cup ice
1. Add milk of choice, pumpkin, slices and banana to blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Add ice
4. Blend until smooth.
