Need a new salad to bring to the family BBQ? Try this Watermelon Feta Salad, everyone likes it, even the less adventurous foodies at your party.

Watermelon Feta Salad

Combine first 3 ingredients in bowl. When you crumble the Feta, don't break it down too much, keep it in pieces so it holds up when you toss it (gently!) for the best result. Slice the onion very thinly so it does not over-power the delicate flavors of the watermelon. Drizzle on the vinegar and toss gently to coat. Finish with confetti of basil and oregano. Chill until ready to serve.


½ Organic Watermelon (cubed, ice cold)

½ Organic Red Onion sliced paper thin

4 oz Feta Cheese

2-3 Tbs Organic fresh mint or basil (chopped)

2 Tbs White Balsamic or Red Wine Vinegar
